My name is Kira Noire, and I’ve dedicated myself to this unique art form for over 15 years.
While I don’t come from a professional sports or dance background, I am a 4-time world champion in pole dance. Since 2012, I’ve been teaching workshops around the globe, performing in shows, and judging championships. My journey has taken me to 60 countries, connecting with thousands of students – not counting online classes! 

My students have gone on to achieve incredible things: winning championships, becoming choreographers, instructors, and performers, organizing their own shows, and even launching polewear brands. Throughout this journey, I’ve helped thousands of people connect with their true selves, build confidence, and embrace their bodies. This lesson is your first step toward a new “you.”
